How can I become a Cielo registered Pro?
To become a Cielo Pro, you will have to sign up on the Cielo Partners portal. Visit
https://partners.www.smarthometc.com and complete the sign up form.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the Pro ID and temporary password. Use these credentials to sign in.
What is the warranty period for Cielo products installed by Pros?
We provide a 5-year warranty for Cielo Smart Thermostat and Cielo Smart Thermostat Eco, and a 4-year warranty for Cielo Breez Max for installation done by Cielo Registered Pros.
How can I extend the warranty?
After installing the Cielo device, you have to enter the Device ID in the Cielo Partners Portal to extend the warranty.
Log in to your account at https://partners.www.smarthometc.com Go to ‘My Installations’ > Enter Device ID and click on ‘Link Device’.
The device will be added to your installations list, and the warranty will be extended.
